RipTerra™ is commercially available

The flagship kinetic-flow tricone moves from structured trials to available-now - a drop-in fit for existing blast-hole fleets, with zero rig modification.

RipTerra kinetic-flow tricone bit

DrillTerra Technologies has moved RipTerra™ from structured production trials into general commercial availability. The bit that carried +15% sustained penetration over 10,560 metres in a Tier-1 Hunter Valley production trial is now open to order for hard-ground blast-hole operations.

RipTerra is protected by granted Australian patent 2014273848. The design re-engineers the tricone around cuttings evacuation: a pyramid-profiled face and shaped discharge channels give broken rock a single-pass exit, so bailing air moves cuttings up the annulus instead of regrinding them at the face.

Drop-in, zero rig modification

RipTerra runs on the same rigs, the same bailing air, the same drill string. Nothing changes at the deck except what happens under the bit. That is the point - a productivity gain that does not require a capital program to unlock.

Structured trials remain available for operators evaluating RipTerra at scale. Instrumented benchmarking, side-by-side against the incumbent bit, on the operator's own patterns.
